Bills are mailed directly to property owners. If you have a Mortgage Co. who escrows your taxes, make a copy for your records and forward both copies of your bill to them. Taxes are considered PAID when check clears the bank. When paying taxes by mail, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your receipt. Please be advised that any improvements or changes made to your property will automatically generate an interim tax bill. Every tax bill gets a 60 day discount period. Assessments are prepared by the BC Board of Assessments. For assessment questions, call (215)348-6219. Liens will be filed if taxes are not paid by December 31.
